Three directions

A different material and process for each zone

Painting calipers, wheels and body panels are three different processes with different temperatures, materials and prep methods. We do all three because that's the only way to get a stable result on every zone.

Caliper painting

Custom colour · heat-resistant · 24 months

We remove the calipers, degrease, apply heat-resistant primer and ceramic enamel for brake systems. Colour — signature M Performance, Brembo, AMG, Akrapovič, or custom. Brand logo applied via stencil or laser film. Resists brake heat, road salt and pressure washing.

Wheel painting

Matte · gloss · satin · ceramic clearcoat

Full wheel disassembly (tyres off), chemical strip of the old finish, sanding, primer, colour and 2 coats of ceramic clearcoat. Colours — matte black, satin graphite, gloss bronze or body-matched. Painted in a booth with infrared curing — the wheel comes out factory-fresh, no runs, no orange peel.

Body panel painting

Bumpers · fenders · hood · seamless transitions

Spot or full paint repair: chips, scratches, post-accident touch-ups. Colour matching — VIN-based with a control swatch. Painting using «panel-to-panel» or «blend across the plane» technique. Finish polished to match the original clearcoat — no transition visible in sunlight or under booth lights.

Why proper painting matters

A garage spray-can lasts a month. A booth job lasts years

On a premium car every detail is visible. A caliper sprayed «in the open» chips after two months and ruins the look of your carbon wheels. A wheel painted without ceramic clearcoat loses gloss after the first salt season. A panel patched without a booth shows colour shift in sunlight. We do painting in conditions where it actually works: a booth with controlled temperature and humidity, professional 2K materials with ceramic clearcoat, infrared curing. The result — factory-grade finish that lasts years, not months.

How we work

Quality control at every step

Painting isn't «apply colour». It's 5–7 operations, each critical to the final result. Skip even one — the coating fails within a season.

  1. 01

    Intake & assessment

    Agree on colour, material, scope. For body work — VIN-based colour match with a test swatch. Quote and timeline fixed in writing.

  2. 02

    Disassembly & prep

    Remove the parts (calipers from car, tyres from wheels, separate body pieces). Chemical stripping, degreasing, sanding.

  3. 03

    Primer

    Adhesion primer matched to the substrate (steel / aluminium / plastic). Booth-cured. Intermediate sanding.

  4. 04

    Paint

    Two-component paint in 2–3 coats inside the spray booth. Controlled temperature and humidity, filtered air — no dust in the finish.

  5. 05

    Clearcoat

    Ceramic or acrylic clearcoat in 2 coats — provides UV, chemical and washing resistance. Wheels and calipers get their dedicated heat-resistant clear.

  6. 06

    Cure & assembly

    Full polymerisation in the booth or under infrared lamp. QC under spotlight, polishing if needed. Reassembly with spec torque.

Timing & warranty

We do it well once — not fast every season

Timing

Calipers — 1 day (with loaner pads). Wheels — 2 days (with disassembly/reassembly). Body panels — 1–3 days depending on scope. Full body projects quoted individually.

Pricing

From 8,000 ₽ for a caliper set. Wheels — from 12,000 ₽ per wheel. Body panels — from 15,000 ₽ per panel without blending. Exact quote after inspection.

24-month warranty

On peeling, gloss loss and chipping under normal use. If something goes wrong — bring it back, we'll redo it on us.
