Consent to processing of personal data per Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

General This Privacy Policy describes how Armor-Auto (hereinafter — the «Operator» — ИП Емелин Константин Алексеевич, TIN 272212287535, registration 318470400104361) processes personal data of website visitors and clients. The Policy is drafted in accordance with the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data». 2. Data we collect We process the following personal data: name, phone number, email address, vehicle make and model, selected service, message text, IP address and analytics cookie identifiers. 3. Purposes Contacting the user about a submitted enquiry, clarifying service details, calculating quotes, executing a service agreement, maintaining client history, sending operational notifications (order status, vehicle readiness), and collecting anonymised website usage statistics. 4. Legal basis Processing is based on the user’s consent expressed when submitting the website form and on the necessity to perform a contract to which the user is a party. 5. Sharing with third parties We do not share personal data with third parties except where required by law and except for sub-processors that operate the website (hosting, email and Telegram notification providers, web analytics). All such sub-processors have signed data-protection agreements. 6. Retention Personal data is retained for the time required to fulfil the stated purposes, but no longer than three years after the last interaction with the user, after which it is deleted or anonymised. 7. User rights The user may at any time request information about the processing of their data, demand correction, restriction or deletion, and withdraw consent.
