Carbon types

Four options for any task and budget

Each carbon type has its own characteristics: appearance, weight, strength, price. We'll select the optimal option for your project.

Wet Carbon

Classic hand lamination with epoxy resin impregnation. Deep gloss under clear coat, volumetric pattern. The most popular option for interior and exterior.

  • Hand lamination
  • Gloss finish
  • Pattern depth

Forged Carbon

Chopped carbon fiber with unique 'shattered glass' pattern. Every part is one of a kind. The choice for those who want 'not like everyone else'.

  • Unique pattern
  • Shattered glass effect
  • Exclusivity

Carbon Vinyl Wrap

Vinyl carbon imitation. Budget option for those who want the carbon look without major investment. Lifespan 3–5 years.

  • Budget option
  • Quick install
  • Easy to replace
Three directions

Lamination, ready parts, custom manufacturing

Full carbon cycle — from buying a ready part to manufacturing a unique element for your project.

Part lamination

We cover your parts with carbon

Bring your plastic, metal, or composite parts and we'll cover them with your chosen carbon type. Any interior and exterior elements.

Ready carbon parts

Mirrors, spoilers, trims — in stock and to order

We sell ready carbon elements from trusted manufacturers. Mirror caps, spoilers, diffusers, trims — for popular BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche models.

Custom manufacturing

Unique parts for your project

We design and produce carbon parts from scratch. From small inserts to large panels. Mold, layup, curing, finishing — full cycle in our facility.

What we laminate

Interior, exterior, and more

Carbon adds character to any element. We cover parts for cars, motorcycles, yachts — and even designer objects.

Car interior

Dashboard inserts, center console, vents, door trims, handles, instrument frames, seat backs, sill plates, steering wheel inserts.

Car exterior

Mirror caps, spoilers, splitters, diffusers, bumper trims, gills, radiator grilles, moldings, hoods.

Moto, ATV, watercraft

Motorcycle fairings, fenders, covers, ATV and watercraft decorative panels — a separate direction.

Special projects

Yachts, private aviation, designer objects, furniture. Bold idea — let's discuss the implementation.

How we work

From part to finished carbon

The lamination process requires precision at every stage — from surface preparation to final polish.

  1. 01

    Intake and inspection

We receive the part, assess condition, agree on carbon type and finish (gloss, matte, candy).

  2. 02

    Surface preparation

Sanding, degreasing, primer application. Preparation quality is 80% of the final result's success.

  3. 03

    Carbon layup

We lay the carbon fiber to the part's shape, impregnate with epoxy resin with proper timing intervals.

  4. 04

    Chamber curing

Polymerization in professional curing chamber. We control temperature and time.

  5. 05

    Finishing and polish

Sanding, clear coat application (gloss, matte, or candy), polishing to perfect shine. Quality control.
